Sales are limited to licensed resellers with a current Sales Tax ID Number.
The recommended minimum order is $800. The minimum order is $500, but to maximize the cost freight ratio, be mindful all orders are shipped palletized on LTL Common Carriers. Significant savings are possible with higher orders. Please refer to the lower 48 USA map to compute the freight cost. See the “Freight Cost” tab in the Menu.
To accurately quote your freight at the best possible price we will need to know if you have a loading dock, need lift gate service, inside delivery or other special handling Trucking and freight companies apply additional charges for residential delivery (avg. $56.00), inside delivery (avg. $45), re-delivery (avg. $75) etc. Any accessorial charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: Always count and inspect shipments (packages) before signing Truck Bill of Lading. Once shipments are accepted, missing and damaged merchandise is the responsibility of the customer. All damages and shortages must be noted on the delivery receipt and claimed to the carrier. We will assist you with any necessary paperwork, if requested. All internal damages or shortages must be reported to The Cottage Potters within 7 (seven) business days of receipt of merchandise.
Although a great care has been given to the accuracy of the information in the catalog and price list, The Cottage Potters cannot be held responsible for any error and/or omissions. All sizes are approximate and slight color and shape variances may occur, because items are hand-crafted.
We maintain a fluid safe level at the fulfillment center in Laredo, TX, 78040. Our target is to ship orders ship within two (2) business days. We rarely back order. We not only stock the cataloged product we produce and finish each item. We are constantly improving and adjusting our safe levels. Should there be an exception and one or two pieces are holding up your order we will immediately advise.
We prefer our customers to email or fax the completed order. We will confirm all orders promptly and are always happy to answer any questions or concerns.
We accept most major credit cards through PayPal. Many customers take advantage of PayPal Credit six (6) months no interest.
